I have no hesitation in recommending Grosvenor Builders, in fact I am delighted to.
Fred and Daniel Sims and their team headed a complete renovation of our two–floor apartment;
they were a joy to work with throughout the renovation and since. We particularly appreciated their
professionalism in the work, the way the members of the team interacted with each other and us and also their
attention to detail, in the work, the schedule and in the budget. They dealt with changes during the job, brought
about by unforeseen circumstances and new decisions by us, with patience, professionalism and a ‘can do’ attitude.
Fred, Daniel and James always explained in detail whatever we asked about and they planned and carried out every part of
the job with care and attention, often suggesting improvements and always willing to discuss ideas. The plumbing &
heating engineers, the electrician and the painter that Fred brought into the job were also highly professional and
great to deal with. I thoroughly recommend Grosvenor Builders and, in fact, I am always telling friends and everyone who
admires our apartment about them.
